Our Story
Flowy was born from the experience of a team of engineers with the vision of making mobility smarter, more efficient, and more sustainable.
In 2021, Flowy entered the public transport sector with its first pilot project developed for Trenord, followed in 2023 by a new PoC with Trenitalia.
In 2024, Flowy was officially founded to transform this experience into an innovative company serving the market. That same year, the company closed its first €350,000 investment round, followed in 2025 by a €1 million pre-seed round with the support of innovation ecosystem partners such as CDP Venture Capital, Plug and Play, ELIS Accelerator, and CrossConnect.
Today, Flowy collaborates with more than 15 transport operators across Italy and continues to innovate with new solutions in development, including FlowyPass, the new product currently being launched to further expand its offering and contribute to making public transport smarter, more efficient, and increasingly focused on people’s needs.
